YETI Coolers.
Simple words cannot describe how in the world one can justify spending $400 on a cooler. Your wife and friends will think that you have lost your friggin' marbles for spending so freely on something so, well, worthless. But it will be you who has the last laugh. YETI coolers keep your cold stuff almost cold 5x as long as the "5-day" cooler sold by brand X. What happens to a regular 'ole cooler when it rolls out of the back of your truck doing 60 MPH? The question is , what's left? Drop a YETI out the back doing 60 and it'll get scratched, that's about it. Bear proof and almost bomb proof a YETI will be the last cooler you ever buy. Be a big boy and pony up the dough for a real mans cooler. YETI COOLERS

The NEW Kindle.
OK folks. I can honestly tell you that after owning the original Kindle, I can make some direct comparisons to the new one. MAJOR UPDATE in my opinion isn't the thinner format and lighter weight of this new Kindle. It is BUTTON position. The First Gen. Kindle made it far too easy to accidentally advance or retard your pages. The new Kindle has addressed this Achilles heel, thereby making your reading experience that much more enjoyable. Let's not also forget that you can be driving down the highway (as a passenger, of course), in an airport or out on the range (with a cell signal, duh) and buy, download and begin reading a new book or periodical almost instantly. How Cool! Get'em here: AMAZONMonday, December 15, 2008
Fantastic affordable portable HD Video
These little FLIP Video recorders have been popular for quite some time now. They are small, weigh next to nothing, plug and play USB technology and are relatively inexpensive. Now, from the makers of the original FLIP VIDEO comes FLIP HD. Cool! Great battery life, 60 minutes of video recording and you can even "snap" still photos from your video. FLIPVIDEO
The BEST Laptop Bag out there
I have been a fan of Gary Waterfield bags for YEARS and have owned several. I would own more but I just cannot seem to destroy these things. They are bullet proof and do a GREAT job of keeping your gear in place. I personally have been using the Cargo Mambo for over 5 years now and it still looks and functions just as well as it did the day it arrived. Their customer service is A+ and the bags are made in the USA. Get one today SFBAGS.COM

Gadget Gurus, Unite!
If you are like me, you suffer from a lack of storage space for all of your cool gadgets. Cell phone, GPS, eBook reader, sunglasses, iPod, travel documents, the list goes on and on. Well, thanks to founder and design genius, Scott Jordan, the ScotteVest has you well taken care of. This photo is depicting the Fleece 5.0 product inside out. Afterall, it's what is on the INSIDE of this jacket that makes it unqiue. Sporting the PAN (personal area network) fancy word for earphone management, two pockets with a touch material so that you can control your devices as well as see the screen and numerous other pockets for stowing tons of gear, you are ready to hit the streets. The great thing about this jacket? It is designed so that the gear in your pockets maintain their own "zone" to keep you from looking like you had extra whip cream with your sundae. What I call the AGBM'S (anti-gear bloat managemet systems). Your stowed gear lays flat and inconspicuous. So, put on your best spy face, load your gear and hit the streets, hands free and ready to roll. SCOTTeVEST

Flashlight’s of Fire!
I finally found what I believe to be the brightest flashlight one can possibly own. At 1050 Lumens (that's 2 Million candle power) the Borealis by BlackBearFlashLight will not only temporarily blind an unwelcome guest but will double as a fire starter should the need arise. And that's no joke. While not cheap, if you are looking for that next great toy to outdo your buddy, this would be it. Each light is hand made using a "host" body by master light builder Juan C. Amazing. Simply. Amazing.
Every now and then, a new device comes along that is simply astounding. The new KINDLE reader from the folks at Amazon is just such a device. Do yourself a favor, visit the link at the end of this post and watch the 3 minute video. I cannot wait to get mine. KINDLEMonday, December 31, 2007

Smooth Ride, Endless Gears
The fine folks and genius engineers at Ellsworth Bikes have really done it this time. This bike has what is called a Constantly Variable Planetary Transmission. Do what? Let me 'splain it to you. This precisely engineered machine has one giant adjustable gear. Just twist the grip to the pedal power of your choice. That's cool. Really, really cool. While this cruiser is a bit pricey, you will definitely ride in style and comfort. ELLSWORTHBIKES
iPod Sound done right
Treat your eyes, but more importantly, your ears to the latest and greatest iPod accessory from the fine folks with bad teeth at Bowers & Wilkinson. These Brits definitely have done it right catering to the discerning ear of an audiophile junky to the modernist in all of us. Won't this just look great on that empty living room credenza? It even comes with a slick little remote for the lazy bum in all of us. Cheers! APPLESTORETuesday, December 4, 2007
